How much did each site really earn?

The phone records business trips by itself. Odoma.app counts kilometres, hours on site, expenses and revenue — and shows how much money is left from each site. For teams of 1–10 people in Estonia.

Dashboard — 14 days free, then from 19 €/month per company. Driver apps are free, always.

Six sites from this summer — nothing made up

The company of Odoma.app's author: a dashboard snapshot from 13.09.2026, the latest sites with paid revenue. Margin is after materials and trips, before wages. All six are in the black, yet margin per hour differs almost threefold.

This money is not in the receipts. Laiaküla tee: 33 trips and 463 km — 231.69 € of compensation out of 939.35 € in costs — every fourth euro. The accountant sees receipts, the tracker sees kilometres, Odoma.app sees the full cost of the site.
what Odoma.app shows

This job brought in −730 €

how it works

One phone in the pocket — four records keep themselves

🚐 trip 📒 log for EMTA 💶 compensation 0.50 €/km 🧾 invoice to the client 📊 site margin

The law requires odometer readings at the start and end of every business trip: a hundred trips a month means two hundred numbers typed by hand. Here — zero: the log is assembled from trips already recorded.

1

Trips record themselves

Get in the car — tracking has started. A personal trip never reaches the dashboard. The log for EMTA is always ready, compensation is calculated by the rules of 25 countries, the odometer check is a couple of digits once a month.

2

A receipt is a photo

Take a photo on site — amount, VAT and vendor are recognised, the receipt is tied to the site and waits for the VAT return.

3

Invoices — by forwarding an email

The company gets its own address like docs+…@odoma.app. Forward an invoice — the Estonian e-arve is parsed on its own: amounts, due dates, supplier.

4

How much each site brought in

Revenue, expenses, hours of presence (arrival and departure, not a timesheet) and €/h. You see which site feeds the company and which eats it — before the last invoice is closed.

Profitability of every site — without logging hours and kilometres by hand

In Odoma.app these numbers arrive on their own. 14 days free, then from 19 €/month per company.

which decisions it changes

What the people who use it every day say

Their words, translated from Russian.

I used to keep the trip diary on paper — hard to believe now. As if I had always used a tracker.
Dmitri · renovation specialist
Now I know exactly what the work on a site costs me over time. If I see the margin dropping in some week, I adjust when I make new price offers for similar sites.
Paavo · apartment renovations
Sometimes a client offers extra work on the site. Exact numbers — how long I have already worked on the site and what my effective hourly rate is — help me decide whether to take the extra work or not.
Ingrid · painter
Now I know exactly how much time I spend on sites. And I can see the cost of my hour including travel. A useful thing.
Natalja · cleaning
Today I forwarded myself an invoice from a client, and it was already in the system — brilliant.

pricing

Per company, not per person

Prices are net, VAT 24% on top. A year costs ten months. Trips, kilometres, receipts, sites and compensation are unlimited on every plan.

Solo

19 € /mo

One person, two devices, one company. 30 incoming documents a month. 190 € a year.

Team

59 € /mo

Five people for 59 €/month, not five licences. Roles, receipt approval, reimbursements to employees, bank reconciliation. 150 incoming documents a month. 590 € a year.

Company

149 € /mo

Up to twenty people, accounting, several companies per account. 500 incoming documents a month. 1490 € a year.

How it pays for itself. A kilometre without a record is 0.50 € of compensation that cannot be paid out tax-free. “Solo” is covered by 40 such kilometres a month, “Team” by 120, “Company” by 300.

Stopped paying — the phone keeps recording, the dashboard stays open for viewing. Incoming documents above the limit — 0.15 € per document. Payment by invoice.

sound familiar?

Three holes where a contractor's money leaks out

kilometres

The “I'll fill it in later” log. Without a log, car compensation is legally salary: out of every 550 € the company gives more than half away in taxes. And kilometres driven without a record can't be billed to anyone.

receipts

A thermal receipt fades faster than the 20th arrives. By the VAT return half of them are gone, and on the ones found the amount is unreadable.

sites

You know the revenue. The cost — roughly. The profit — after closing. Odoma.app collects actual trips, hours and expenses and shows the result while the site is still running.

what makes it different

Why Odoma.app instead of five separate services

Good tools already exist, they are just not about you: Merit — accounting, CostPocket — receipts, Finbite — e-invoices, Remato — the construction site. At the seams everything is carried over by hand.

A team of five on Merit Pro, Merit Palk, CostPocket and an e-invoice operator pays 95–110 € a month and types kilometres and hours by hand. With us the same team — 59 € per company.

We went through more than thirty products, and among them not one puts the trip, the time on site and the margin together on its own: Jobber does not see the road, Timeero does not count margin, Momentum needs a box in every car. The full table, with caveats. Find a product with the full chain — write to us, we will remove this line.

What Odoma.app is

A service that automatically tracks business trips, expenses and site profitability for small construction and service companies. Kilometres, trip log, receipts, invoices, hours on site and margin — in one place.

Why you can trust us

Odoma.app grew out of an Estonian non-profit safe-driving project. The product is made in Tallinn, questions go straight to the developer — info@odoma.ee.

short answers

What people ask before the first trip

Do I need a box in the car?

No. The driver's phone does the recording, there is nothing to install in the car.

iPhone or Android?

Both, equally. Driver apps are free, always.

What does the employee see, and what do you see?

Tracking is switched on with the person's consent, and they are the first to see their trips. Personal trips never reach the employer's dashboard.

What do I need to start?

Company name, country and an email for the invoice. Then the app on the phone — the first trip records itself.

What happens if I stop paying?

The dashboard switches to view mode, the phone keeps recording. Come back — the kilometres are there.

Where do the hours on site come from?

From trips: the time between arriving at the site and leaving it. That is presence, not a timesheet — what the person did on site, Odoma.app does not know.

Start with one site

Company name, country and email — and the first trip records itself.
