Not the length of the feature list, but a simple question: who enters the kilometres, the address and the time on site — a person or the software. The answer decides whether these numbers can be trusted enough to calculate a site's margin from them and to submit the log to the tax office.

Prices and features are from the products' public pages as of 29 August and 4 September 2026 (on the second check — more than thirty products, every “automatic” verified against the vendor's documentation). If something has changed or we got it wrong — write to info@odoma.ee, we'll fix it. A comparison is only worth anything while it is correct.
Fleet-control systems — Navirec, Mapon, Fleet Complete — are left out on purpose. They are not competitors, they are a different genre: a tracker is installed in the vehicle, cameras and driver-behaviour reports are added, and the buyer is someone who needs to watch people.
Where the vehicle is now, how the driver accelerated, whether they strayed from the route. A sensible task for a fleet of thirty trucks, but it is about a person's behaviour.
What this site cost, how many hours were spent on it, whether it is in the black. The route is needed to count kilometres and presence, not to catch anyone.
We do have tracking — without it there would be no kilometres and no time on site. But it is switched on with the person's consent, and they are the first to see their trips: not “the boss is watching” but “my work is counted”. Personal trips never reach the employer's dashboard.
The difference shows in the price and in how it is sold: telematics is sold on request, with a visit and hardware installed in every vehicle. Here a phone is enough — the one already in your pocket.
If you have a dispatcher and a dozen field teams that need jobs handed out, — take Fieldmotion or Handyman. We are about something else: counting money where the work is already under way.
Material write-offs, serial numbers, what's left in the van — that's for them. In painting and cleaning there is usually no such accounting at all, in equipment repair there is, and there we are no help.
Site handover by procedure, signatures, mandatory safety fields — none of that yet. We plan it, but promise no dates.
Not one of the products checked — more than thirty of them — puts together three things without a box in the car and without buttons: the trip the phone catches on its own; the time on site by geofence; the site's margin and €/h. Jobber holds the site and the margin but does not catch trips. Timeero and Workyard catch trips and the site but do not count margin. Momentum counts everything — at the price of a tracker in every vehicle. And each of them charges per person or per vehicle, not per company.
This is a verifiable claim, not a slogan: find a product with this set — write to us and we will remove this line.
